Job summary

PT. Bali Berkat Abadi (BCENTRUM BALI) seeks a junior MEP drafter to assist in preparing and reviewing MEP drawings. You will collaborate with engineering to align MEP with architectural and structural plans and help produce site progress reports.

You will support senior engineers, identify drawing discrepancies, and help compile permit-related documentation, while developing technical competence and teamwork skills in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Reading and interpreting mechanical/electrical/plumbing drawings.
• 1–2 years in construction/MEP projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing MEP drawings with the engineering team.
• Support coordination between MEP systems and architectural/structural plans.
• Conduct basic inspections and prepare site progress reports.
• Assist in compiling documents for permit applications related to MEP aspects.
• Support senior MEP engineers in ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Help identify discrepancies in drawings and provide updates to supervisors.
• Assist in data collection, quantity checks, and preparation of technical documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Basic understanding of MEP systems, installation methods, and relevant codes

1–2 years of experience in construction/MEP projects is an advantage

Able to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)

Familiar with MEP-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting tools

Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Able to speak English both verbally and in writing

High motivation, adaptability, and eagerness to develop technical competence
