Job summary

PT Fortace Diagnostics Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Representative in Semarang to drive growth in the medical devices, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or IVD sectors. You will build relationships, present products, and reach monthly and annual targets.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of sales experience, SMA/SMK, strong communication, ability to travel, valid SIM, and the resilience to work under pressure while collaborating with team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Valid driver's license (SIM A/C).
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in medical devices, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or IVD sector.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking capability.
• Basic technical knowledge of IVD products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer education.
• Identify new customers and develop market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Provide after-sales support to customers.
