Responsibilities

• Market Development & Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
• Sales & Customer Relationship Management: Drive sales performance to achieve targets, manage customer relationships, and prepare product quotations, proposals, and contract-related documentation.
• Product Demonstration & Customer Training: Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations, and provide customer training to ensure proper product utilization and maximize customer satisfaction.
• On-site Technical Support & Business Travel: Provide on-site product and technical support when required, including customer visits, exhibitions, demonstrations, and business activities locally or internationally.
• Market Intelligence & Business Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments, and provide insights to support business and sales strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer support and business execution; maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales and business activities comply with company policies, local laws, medical device regulations, and quality requirements
