Job summary

Cordlife Indonesia (PT Cordlife Persada) is seeking a proactive Sales/Customer Support professional to manage inquiries about our products and services and drive end-to-end lead management.

You will work toward monthly sales targets, educate customers through the decision process, and coordinate with medical professionals during events and presentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles within healthcare preferred.
• Applicants with experience in healthcare insurance companies are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with clients and medical professionals.
• Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and a natural relationship-builder.
• Willingness to work on weekends for events or client needs.

Requirements
