Job summary

Cordlife Persada is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to engage with obstetricians, midwives, and medical partners in Indonesia. You will guide potential clients through enrollment, represent Cordlife at hospitals and local events, and submit contracts for commission processing.

The role requires good communication, a self-driven attitude, and a valid driving license for field activities. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is acceptable, with insurance agent experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any major).
• Active insurance agent, or has past experience in the field.
• Comfortable talking to people and explaining things clearly.
• Self-driven, well-presented, and ethical in selling.
• Own transport and valid driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OBGYNs, midwives, and medical partners.
• Follow up with prospects and help guide them through the enrollment process.
• Represent Cordlife in hospitals or local events when needed.
• Submit client contracts and simple reports to support commission processing.
