Job summary

Phincon Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced sales professional to acquire and manage government and enterprise accounts across Indonesia, focusing on healthcare facilities and EMR solutions. You will build lasting relationships, solve client needs, and pursue partnerships to strengthen market position.

The role requires extensive travel across Indonesia, a Bachelor’s degree, valid driving licenses SIM A & SIM C, a personal vehicle, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High-pressure targets apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in acquiring government and enterprise clients (B2G & B2B).
• Understanding of healthcare facility needs, EMR business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work under high pressure to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new government sector customers (Dinas Kesehatan, Puskesmas) to achieve sales targets while maintaining existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; act as problem solver for client issues and business needs.
• Develop partnerships with relevant partners and associations to support business opportunities and market positioning.
• Prepare work reports and manage operational budgets.

Job description

• Experienced in Business to Government (B2G) & Business to Business (B2B) activities and client handling
• Understanding of healthcare facility needs, especially Public Health Centers (Puskesmas), and experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) business development will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong confidence, teamwork ability, and capability to work under high-pressure environments to achieve sales targets
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia with high travel intensity
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is preferred
• Possess valid SIM A & SIM C driving licenses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Owns personal vehicle for out-of-town business travel
