Job summary

Phintraco Consulting (PhinCon) in Indonesia seeks a Business Executive (Medical Representative) to drive government and business sector sales, focusing on healthcare facility needs and EMR opportunities.

You will build relationships with Health Offices and Puskesmas, travel extensively across Indonesia, prepare work reports and budgets, and strive to meet sales targets. A Bachelor's degree and valid driving licenses (SIM A & SIM C) are preferred.

Qualifications

Business Executive (Medical Representative)

Experienced in Business to Government (B2G) & Business to Business (B2B) activities and client handling

Understanding of healthcare facility needs, especially Public Health Centers (Puskesmas), and experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) business development will be an advantage

Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong confidence, teamwork ability, and capability to work under high-pressure environments to achieve sales targets

Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia with high travel intensity

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is preferred

Possess valid SIM A & SIM C driving licenses

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Descriptions:

Acquire new customers in the government sector, such as Health Offices (Dinas Kesehatan), Public Health Centers (Puskesmas), and other related institutions to achieve sales targets while maintaining existing clients

Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and act as a problem solver for client-related issues and business needs
