PT Satu Dental Indonesia is seeking a Medical Affairs Coordinator to support development, evaluation, and management of our dental practitioners. You will work with Medical Affairs and Operations to recruit dentists, evaluate probation, coordinate training, and handle administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (S1 Dentistry / Dentist).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A Master's Degree in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and organizational abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively with dentists and cross-functional teams, especially the Operations team.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Interested in dentist development, training, evaluation, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Support dentist recruitment, including candidate assessment during visits.
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating dentists during probation.
• Coordinate dentist training and development programs.
• Handle admin tasks related to training, evaluation, and development.
• Coordinate training schedules with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Operations on dentist-related initiatives.
• Prepare reports on dentist performance and development.
• Monitor and follow up on programs and activities.
