Job summary

Petrosea seeks a Senior Civil/Structure Design Engineer to monitor and supervise site civil and structural activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets, supporting successful project delivery.

The role requires developing JSAs, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining SHE programs per ISO 14001/45001 standards. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years’ experience are expected, with English proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of experience as Civil/Structure Design Engineer.
• Proficient in Civil/Structure engineering and able to contribute to other disciplines.
• Provide consultative advice within Civil/Structure area.
• Recognized expert with established industry contacts.
• Writes department procedures, presents findings and makes recommendations to clients and management.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are in safe practices.
• Develop and follow JSA for all tasks.
• Assist supervisor with development of a work schedule and short-term execution plans.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and risk controls per standards such as ISO 14001/45001.

Develop and follow JSA for all tasks. All tasks are developed and followed JSA.

Assist Superior with the development of a work schedule including daily cost related to materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term detailed execution plans Assistance is successful.

Prepare and submit the regular report required by project to ensure report is submitted in timely manner. Regular report is submitted in a timely manner.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

• Being recognize as an expert within the function typically has some established contacts with other professionals within industry, technical associations, conferences or academia.

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
