Job summary

goldenagri is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to coordinate and monitor maintenance activities ensuring equipment reliability and production support. You will oversee preventive maintenance, equipment upkeep, and safety compliance across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production. Familiarity with SAP and quality standards is advantageous.

Job Description Summary:

Coordinate maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and support smooth production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance in accordance to the target time and results.
• Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing mechanical equipment.
• Maintain all work equipment and environment cleanliness within the work location.
• Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work.
• Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur.
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP.
• Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.)
• Conduct improvements by modifying equipment/machines.
• Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the mechanical section.
• Review, evaluate and submit monthly report.
• Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance, and maintenance planning, maintenance project management and equipment improvement.
• Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
