Job summary

GoldenAgri seeks an Electrical Engineer with automation experience to manage and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across plant systems. You will ensure timely calibration, spare parts readiness, and SAP data integrity, while leading ICA initiatives to hit KPI targets.

The role emphasizes safety, disciplined work practices, and team development, with duties spanning budget monitoring and process improvements in the Tarjun Refinery area of Kalimantan Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Willing to be located in Tarjun Refinery (Kalsel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure calibration is conducted on schedule using calibration tools.
• Maintain SAP administration accuracy and data integrity.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables as required.
• Drive improvements through machine tool modifications.
• Lead ICA (Instrumentation Calibration Automation) activities to KPIs.
• Enforce Safety Regulation compliance and working discipline.
• Develop team members and monitor annual budgets for the area.

Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance in supporting the smooth running of the production process.

Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set
• Monitor and ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of instrumental maintenance
• Ensure calibration according to schedule set
• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required
• Make improvements by modifying machine tools.
• Coordinate the implementation of project related to the scope of work field in accordance with the target set
• Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of SAP administration.
• Coordinate the ICA (Instrument Calibration Automation) team to achieve the respective KPIs
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• Responsible for the implementation of working discipline.
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites
• Ensure calibration is on schedule.
• Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with the prevailing policies.
• Responsible for the development of employees in the area of work responsibility
• Create and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of annual budgets in the Section which is the area of responsibility for its work.
• Ensure smoothness of Automation System in Plant Production goes well
• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of work sites and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste)
• Reported a problem with regard to the Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food / Feed Safety Coordinator

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Having min 4 years of working experience in Automation
• Good in Analytical Thinking
