Job summary

goldenagri is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to coordinate and monitor maintenance activities ensuring equipment reliability and production support. You will oversee preventive maintenance, equipment upkeep, and safety compliance across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production. Familiarity with SAP and quality standards is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in maintenance, preferably in palm oil production.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance, and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance implementation to meet targets and results.
• Ensure preventive maintenance runs smoothly and machinery upkeep.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the work area.
• Oversee related projects within scope of work.
• Verify PRP and deep cleaning effectiveness and take corrective action as needed.
• Lead safety practices in line with policies.
