Electrum is seeking a Mechanical Excellence Lead to elevate technical quality, performance standards, and operational capabilities across our service network. You will design SOPs, training programs, and performance frameworks while mentoring mechanics and supporting complex repairs.

Collaborating with Service, Operations, CX, and Product teams, you’ll ensure consistent, safe, high‑quality service and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair workflows.
• Strong coaching and leadership to upskill mechanics at varying levels.
• Focus on safety, quality, and process discipline.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, training materials, or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with performance management, KPIs, and productivity analysis.

Responsabilités

• Set and maintain mechanical excellence standards across all service locations.
• Develop, review, and improve SOPs for mechanical operations, troubleshooting, safety, and workflows.
• Design and lead onboarding and continuous training programs for mechanics.
• Establish and manage mechanics performance KPIs, productivity metrics, and quality checkpoints.
• Implement a rewards and discipline framework to reinforce performance.
• Conduct technical audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
• Provide hands-on support in diagnosing complex cases and mentoring during high-priority repairs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to identify recurring mechanical issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Support recruitment and assessment of mechanic candidates through skill tests and competency evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
