Job summary

PT Euroasiatic Jaya is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to deliver complex mechanical design outputs for gas and diesel engine projects. You will coordinate with design teams, support field activities, and communicate design requirements to clients and project members.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication. We value loyalty, adaptability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Mechanical Design Engineer (gas/diesel engine).
• Preferably fluent in English both oral and written.
• High loyalty, nimble, ductile, independent and hard worker.

Responsibilities

• Prepares variety of complex mechanical engineering design deliverables for projects including gas and diesel engines.
• Coordinates with other design group personnel.
• Supports field activities and communicates project design requirements, progress and schedules with clients and project team members.
• Provides technical guidance in mechanical design.
• Attends project coordination meetings with clients and performs site surveys when required.
• Helps in Master Document List and Work Schedule preparation.
• Participates in QSHE management system implementation and understands QSHE policy.

Job description

Prepares variety of complex mechanical engineering design deliverables for multiple small to large scale projects especially Gas / Diesel Engine

Coordinates with other design group personnel

Support field activities and communicate project design requirements, progress and schedules. Communicate client interests and drivers to project team members and develop approaches to accommodate these concerns

Provides technical guidance in mechanical design

Attend project coordination meeting with the clients. Perform site survey when required

Assist in Master Document List and Work Schedule preparation

Participate in implementation QSHE management system

Understand QSHE policy

Do planning, implementation control program operation quality management system, environment and safety awareness (K3)

Participate in the process of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

At least S1 Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience as Mechanical Design Engineer (gas/diesel engine)
