Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA in Gresik is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to build machines and equipment according to engineering drawings. You will test, adjust, and troubleshoot, while ensuring quality checks throughout the assembly process.

You will read technical drawings, document work, and coordinate with production and engineering. English is required, and teamwork and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in machine assembly, maintenance, or engineering roles within manufacturing environments.
• Experience in food and beverage (F&B) manufacturing is not preferred.
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering will not be considered.
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital documentation.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
