Job summary

PT Yamato Engineering Indonesia seeks a Project Site Supervisor for Mechanical & Electrical construction in Karawang Barat. You will supervise ME work on site, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinate with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, and vendors.

The candidate should have a D3/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of ME construction experience and be able to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Mechanical Electrical Construction projects.
• Able to read drawings and technical documents.
• Leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mechanical & Electrical work in the project area.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Control quality of installation and work results.
• Coordinate technicians, workers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide daily work instructions.
• Monitor work progress against project schedule.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Identify potential work delays.
• Ensure materials arrive according to project requirements.
• Verify material compliance with specifications.
