Job summary

Japan Tobacco International Indonesia is seeking a Material Warehouse Associate to manage inbound/outbound materials, ensure stock accuracy, and support daily warehouse tasks. You will load/unload, store, pick, and deliver materials as required to meet production and order deadlines.

Qualifications include a Diploma 3, 3+ years in warehouse management, English proficiency, and a valid forklift license (SIO). Adaptability and knowledge of stock control are essential.

Job description

Manage the complete administrative process for inbound and outbound materials, includes receiving, inspecting, and storing materials in designated locations. Ensure stock accuracy through proper identification and labeling as well as support the stocktaking process and distribute materials to users to support operations.

As the Material Warehouse Associate, you will:

Load and unload inventory from loading docs, delivery trucks, storage areas and production areas and check the deliveres to make sure all material/product meets requirements.

Store material/product in assigned locations and pull the appropriate products based on consumer order to support daily warehouse activities.

Support stock calculation (stock opname) to track supply level to ensure safety inventory level.

Deliver the material/product to respective user based on Purchase order information to ensure the material needed delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma 3 degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral.
• Skilled in operating Forklift and possess valid Operator License (SIO).
• Possess knowledge of warehousing principles, specifically stock control and organization.
• Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
