Job summary

Japan Tobacco International Indonesia is seeking a skilled Make Pack Mechanic Maintenance & Overhaul Specialist to ensure GD 121 Basic, GD 121 P, and GD 121 HE machines operate reliably and safely. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or machine mechanics, especially for GD 121 Basic, GD 121 P & GD 121 HE.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and manufacturing best practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of GD 121 Basic, GD 121 P & GD 121 HE.
• Ensure machine performance meets safety, quality, and production standards.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective & preventive actions to eliminate recurrence breakdowns.

MAKE PACK MECHANIC MAINTENANCE & 0VERHAUL SPECIALIST

About the Role : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Specialist GD 121 Maker Mechanic to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of GD 121 Maker machines through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As the Make Pack Mechanic Maintenance & Overhaul Specialist, you will:

Perform maintenance, setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of GD 121 Basic, GD 121 P & GD 121 HE.
