Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk is seeking a procurement professional to execute sourcing activities for IT, technology and materials to meet operational needs. You will liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, pricing and on-time delivery.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least two years of experience in sourcing or procurement. Proficiency with e-procurement platforms and ERP tools (Coupa, SAP) and strong negotiation and

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Able to liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing & procurement process (include governance / compliance process).
• Supplier relationship management.
• Multilingual / Bilingual communication skill.
• Negotiation skill.
• Experience using e-procurement platform & ERP tools (e.g. Coupa, SAP, etc.).
• Experience in reporting / administrative / contract processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Exposure to IT and technology sourcing categories is an advantage.

Process further and analyze the purchase request and its supporting documentation from internal stakeholders to maintain continuity of supply and accuracy in procurement records.
