Job summary

BYD Auto Co., Ltd. is seeking a Supplier Quality & Audits professional in Indonesia to oversee supplier quality performance, conduct on-site audits, and lead evaluations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on issue resolution, corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration, while supporting onboarding of new suppliers and development of new products to drive quality enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chinese Literature, or related field (Fresh Graduate – 2 years experience).
• Strong understanding of supplier quality control, audits, and problem-solving.
• Languages: Advanced Chinese (Mandatory) and English (Optional).
