Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily mechanical activities, manage team task allocation, scheduling, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure high equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures rapidly and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor equipment inspections, spare parts usage, report operational KPIs, and drive continuous equipment optimization and cost efficiency.
