Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail-oriented Material Control professional for our East Kalimantan operations in Indonesia. You will coordinate material flow, manage inventory levels, and support procurement processes to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize material availability and efficiency. The role emphasizes accurate data management, supplier communication, and continuous improvement in material handling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in material coordination, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Strong Excel data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material planning and inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Process purchase orders, requisitions, and material requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain records of material movements, counts, and warehouse transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
• Communicate with suppliers to track shipments and negotiate lead times.
