• Prepare and monitor project budgets (RAB) for infrastructure and land grading.
• Review drawings (DED, shop, as-builts) for buildings, civil works and infra.
• Plan land grading layouts and design water utility networks; conduct site surveys.
• Enforce strict quality control and ensure deliverables meet specs through handover.
• Coordinate with related departments and consultants for smooth handovers.

Job description

Analyze and supervise on-site project execution to ensure all work aligns strictly with technical specifications, reviewing contractor-proposed execution methods and verifying compliance through final project handover.

Monitor and ensure that field operations are delivered within budget and on schedule, including calculating and preparing RAB (Budgets) for infrastructure and land grading works.

Comprehend civil and infrastructure conceptual reports, and thoroughly check working drawings (DED), shop drawings, and as-built drawings for buildings, civil works, and infrastructure.

Plan land grading layouts, design industrial and water utility networks, and execute site surveys to produce comprehensive technical reports for project planning.

Enforce rigorous quality control across all active construction works to maintain high workmanship standards and ensure all deliverables meet required specifications up until final handover.

Coordinate seamlessly with related departments and consultants for smooth project transitions, operational alignments, and successful handovers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field.

Min. 3 years of experience in the same field.

Have the ability related to construction of both infrastructure and landscape, building, plumbing.

Proficient in Project Administration and knowledgeable in civil engineering regulations.

Strong planning & organizing, excellent communication, customer-focused, and proven problem-solving abilities.

High integrity, resilient, decisive, and agile.

Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
