Dupoin Futures is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding in Jakarta. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You'll source via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offers and pre-boarding. Experience in fintech or startups is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Experience in fintech, technology, startups, or financial services is preferred.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and multiple vacancies.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Source and build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
• Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage offer preparation, salary negotiation, candidate communication, and pre-boarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment records, ATS updates, and hiring reports while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in HR / related field

1–3 years recruitment experience
