PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to proactively source and screen candidates for a range of roles, with a focus on mass hiring across the organization.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer and onboarding, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles. Travel may be required to fulfill recruitment needs.

Formación

• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience in mass hiring.
• Experience in financial services or technology sectors is preferred.
• Willing to travel to different cities as recruitment needs arise.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively sourcing and screening high-quality candidates across roles.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidates.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Providing recruitment analytics and insights.
• Conduct field recruitment and canvassing activities.
