Job summary

Bank Mega in Jakarta is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to optimize the martech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and to build, monitor loyalty programs and engagement campaigns. You will implement tracking (GA4, GTM, Firebase/SDK, pixels) and support cross‑channel automation (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, in‑app) based on customer segmentation.

Collaborating with IT and marketing teams, you will monitor dashboards, derive insights, ensure data quality, and uphold UU PDP data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, CS/IS/Statistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, martech, CRM or loyalty.
• Hands-on experience with loyalty, membership or CRM programs.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM and analytics tools (Looker Studio, Firebase).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and AB testing.
• Knowledge of SQL and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the day-to-day martech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, performance funnels).
• Build, execute and monitor loyalty platform: configure rewards, segmentation, and engagement campaigns.
• Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, Firebase/SDK, ad pixels) and perform data QA.
• Set up cross-channel automation (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app) based on segmentation.
• Monitor dashboards, identify reporting improvements, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with IT and teams to troubleshoot platform and campaign issues.
• Apply data protection practices in line with UU PDP.
