Job summary

You will architect and scale the enterprise MarTech stack and implement automated pipelines joining ad data with CRM and retention databases.

The role requires deep SQL expertise, proficiency in Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and strong collaboration with tech, marketing, and sales teams to drive measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years in Marketing Analytics, MarTech, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced SQL with BigQuery/Snowflake/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
• Expertise in server-side tracking and CDPs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer data strategy, analytics, dashboards, and funnel optimization.
• Architect and scale the MarTech stack across channels.
• Design automated data pipelines merging ad data with CRM/retention data.
• Enforce robust tracking standards across campaigns, affiliates, and agencies.
• Eliminate manual reporting by centralized data models in cloud warehouses.
• Build real-time BI dashboards tracking funnel metrics from ads to conversions.
• Develop multi-touch attribution and incrementality frameworks.
• Analyze user journeys to reduce CAC and improve funnel conversions.
