PT MUGI LANCAR ABADI is seeking a Marketplace Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other platforms. You will upload and optimize product data, manage campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and align promotions with brand strategy.

The role involves collaboration with Ads, Live Streaming, Affiliate/KOL, and Content teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience on the marketplaces.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operational activities on marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms
• Upload and optimize products, including product titles, descriptions, categories, prices, SKU, photos, and product information
• Manage and execute marketplace campaigns such as Flash Sale, Voucher, Bundling, Free Shipping, Payday Campaign, Double Date Campaign, and other promotional programs
• Ensure stock, prices, promotions, and product catalogs are always updated and aligned with brand strategy
• Monitor store performance based on metrics such as GMV/Sales, Orders, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR, and Product Performance
• Analyze product and campaign performance and provide recommendations and action plans to increase sales
• Optimize store appearance and performance to increase traffic, conversion, and customer experience
• Coordinate with Ads/Performance Marketing team regarding campaigns such as Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and GMV Max
• Coordinate with Live Streaming, Affiliate/KOL, Content, and Social Media teams to support e-commerce campaigns
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations
• Maintain marketplace account health and ensure all activities comply with platform policies and guidelines
• Coordinate with brand/client representatives regarding promotional needs, stock, campaign calendar, and sales targets
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, conversion rate, repeat orders, and marketplace growth
