Grab in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Marketplace Assistant Manager (Mobility) to drive marketplace performance across Indonesia's 2W and 4W mobility services. You will report to the Senior Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence pricing, incentives, and allocation.

You will combine analytical rigor with strategy to help grow platform growth, profitability, and customer experience while working onsite with the Group Marketplace Team.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined marketplace projects and workstreams to improve reliability and passenger experience across Indonesia's 2W and 4W mobility services.
• Monitor marketplace performance, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and other teams to identify potential causes and corrective actions.
• Combine data analysis with insights from passengers, driver-partners, and operating teams to develop a practical understanding of marketplace problems.
• Develop tactical recommendations and contribute to longer-term projects that improve availability, booking experience, service quality, and overall marketplace health.
• Support and build experiments, including hypothesis development, experiment design, rollout coordination, results recommendations.
• Track project implementation and results, flagging risks or issues and coordinating follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.

The Group Marketplace team manages Grab's marketplaces across Southeast Asia. You will work with team members across multiple departments by marketplace levers such as pricing, incentives, and allocation. The team also generates business insights and proposes data-driven strategic plans to grow the business across both transport and deliveries.
