Responsibilities

• Monitor pricing, promotions, stock levels, and product visibility online for assigned and supervised brands.
• Ensure action plans are implemented with ongoing monitoring and evaluation of results.
• Conduct analysis and planning, and provide strategic recommendations to improve brand performance and sales in online channels.
• Analyze all activities carried out by the Sales Executive team to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
• Evaluate cost efficiency by assessing expenses against their impact on sales performance.
• Provide solutions to operational issues, including system errors and customer complaints.
• Ensure smooth execution of administrative processes, including purchase requests (PR), internal memos, claims, and other related documentation.
