Job summary

PT IFS Capital Indonesia is seeking a Relationship Manager for Leasing Heavy Equipment to drive sales and ensure quality financing for clients. You will identify potential industries, prospect new clients, and build strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and third parties involved in the financing process.

The role requires 3+ years' experience in leasing or related financial products, with a focus on banking or multifinance environments and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Banking, Business or related major.
• Experience in Leasing, heavy Equipment, Factoring Products (Export/Import Factoring, Accounts Receivable Financing, Supply Chain Financing).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Preferably experience in Banking, Multifinance Industry or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, service orientation and target driven.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
• Maintain the quality of each client financing.
• Identify and develop potential industries for business growth.
• Prospect and gather information about potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, suppliers and other third parties related to business acquisitions.
