Job summary

PT Reins Marindo Indonesia, a Gyu-Kaku brand, seeks a Marketing Lead at our Head Office in Jakarta Pusat to drive strategic marketing plans and campaigns. The role requires developing daily to monthly activity plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and presenting results to management.

With a background in F&B/retail/hospitality and strong English, you will report on progress, identify issues, and propose operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher; Master's degree (S2) preferred.
• 3+ years experience; 5+ years preferred.
• F&B, Retail, or Hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Able to develop daily, weekly and monthly marketing plans.
• Strong progress management and improvement recommendation skills.
• Excellent reporting, communication and Ho-Ren-So knowledge (Report, Inform, Consult).
• Clear, logical communication; distinguish facts from assumptions.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel with basic formulas and shortcuts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Analyse operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and present marketing performance to management.
