PT Reins Marindo Indonesia, a Gyu-Kaku brand, seeks a Marketing Lead at our Head Office in Jakarta Pusat to drive strategic marketing plans and campaigns. The role requires developing daily to monthly activity plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and presenting results to management.

With a background in F&B/retail/hospitality and strong English, you will report on progress, identify issues, and propose operational improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher; Master's degree (S2) preferred.
• 3+ years experience; 5+ years preferred.
• F&B, Retail, or Hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Able to develop daily, weekly and monthly marketing plans.
• Strong progress management and improvement recommendation skills.
• Excellent reporting, communication and Ho-Ren-So knowledge (Report, Inform, Consult).
• Clear, logical communication; distinguish facts from assumptions.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel with basic formulas and shortcuts.

Experience in the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry is an advantage.

Able to develop daily, weekly, and monthly marketing work plans.

Strong progress management skills, including identifying issues and proposing operational improvements.

Excellent reporting, communication, and consultation skills with a good understanding of Ho-Ren-So (Report, Inform, Consult).

Able to distinguish facts from assumptions and communicate ideas clearly, logically, and concisely.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and keyboard shortcuts.
