InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is seeking a highly creative and commercially driven F&B marketer to lead campaigns and experiences across its luxury dining outlets in South Jakarta.

You will craft innovative campaigns, translate trends into standout guest experiences, and collaborate with F&B and Culinary teams to drive engagement, revenue, and ROI while upholding the brand's prestigious standards.

• Strong understanding of food, lifestyle, luxury and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into compelling marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative F&B campaigns, concepts and experiences that create desire and strengthen outlet positioning.
• Be the creative engine for our F&B outlets, constantly bringing fresh ideas, collaborations and new ways of engaging our guests.
• Strong understanding of food, lifestyle, luxury and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into compelling marketing ideas.
• Strong in market research and competitor intelligence, identifying opportunities and emerging trends.
• Develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, influencers, PR and experiential platforms.
• Work closely with F&B and Culinary teams to turn ideas into high-quality guest experiences.
• Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of covers, average check, revenue and ROI/ROAS.
• Comfortable with data and campaign analytics, using performance insights to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
• Passionate about creating distinctive dining experiences and building brands, while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury hotel.
