You will conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and report findings to optimize results. Collaboration with internal teams and partners is essential to drive growth.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Marketing Strategist role is based in Sidoarjo. The Marketing Strategist will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and support partner F&B small and medium enterprises. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing customer behavior, creating marketing plans, and coordinating promotional campaigns across online and offline channels. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams and partners, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to optimize marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills for gathering insights and analyzing trends.
• Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills for planning and executing effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing tools, including content planning and campaign analytics, is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and make strategic recommendations is required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
• Prior experience in the F&B industry or retail marketing and a relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are advantageous.
