Job summary

PT Emsonic Indonesia is inviting potential candidates for a Marketing Staff position. The role involves Sales & Revenue Tracking, invoicing, ERP data entry, and coordinating logistics for major accounts such as LGEIN, HONORIS, and KAWAI.

Qualified applicants have a D3/S1 degree with 2+ years in marketing, MS Office proficiency, and good communication. English is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bekasi.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Staff.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• English language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Tracking: generate daily sales reports, quotations, and update price lists.
• Invoicing & financial closings: process invoices and ERP data entry.
• Logistics & shipment planning (RPP): coordinate delivery for major accounts.
• HR attendance & admin support: manage attendance logs and office procurement.

Inviting potential candidates for following position :

Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Tracking: Generating daily sales reports, building client quotations, updating monthly price lists, and maintaining historical sales monitoring data.

Invoicing & Financial Closings: Processing standard invoices, handling specialized local speaker unit invoicing, data entry in the ERP system, and performing regular financial and ERP closing routines.

Logistics & Shipment Planning (RPP): Coordinating delivery planning (RPP) and shipment departures specifically for major accounts, including LGEIN, HONORIS, and KAWAI.

HR Attendance & Admin Support: Managing daily attendance and briefing logs, scheduling overtime plans, coordinating payment requests (e.g., forklift rentals), and handling office supply (ATK) procurement.

Requirements:

Education Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor Degree ( S1 )

At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Staff

Computer Ms. Office is a Must

Preferable English Language ( English Language is a Must )

Good Performance and Communication
