Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Create compelling marketing content including copy, graphics, and multimedia assets
• Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to build brand community and loyalty
• Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment
• Identify and manage marketing partnerships and sponsorships
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software
• Experience with content creation and copywriting for various marketing channels
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, market segmentation, and consumer behaviour
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with budget management and ROI analysis is preferred
