Job summary

PT OOCL Indonesia is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in Belawan (Medan) and surrounding areas. You will develop strategies to win volume and revenue, manage major customer relationships, and identify market opportunities through engagement and analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in shipping/logistics sales, and strong English communication. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or container liner industry.
• Strong understanding of container shipping operations, international trade, and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
