Job summary

PT OOCLS Logistics Indonesia seeks an experienced sales professional in Belawan (Medan) to drive growth and expand the customer base. The role requires building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or container liner industry.
• Strong understanding of container shipping operations, international trade, and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
