Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Business Development & Marketing professional to build relationships with government bodies and security institutions, identify procurement opportunities, and lead end-to-end bids.
The role requires 5–10 years in marketing or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills to drive project acquisition under deadlines.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Business, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Project Marketing, Account Management, or a related position.
Experience handling government institutions, Police, Military, SOEs, regional government-owned companies, or government procurement projects is highly preferred.
Knowledge of government tender and procurement processes is an advantage.

Develop and maintain business relationships with government institutions, the Police, Military, SOEs, regional government-owned companies, and other relevant institutions.

Build and expand professional networks within government and police institutions.
Develop marketing strategies to increase project acquisition opportunities.
Manage projects from the initial stage of identifying client needs, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiation, until project acquisition.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure project requirements are properly addressed.
Monitor project timelines, requirements, documentation, budgets, and overall progress.
Maintain effective communication between the company and government/police stakeholders throughout the project process.
Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management.
Identify and monitor tender opportunities, government procurement projects, and other potential government-related projects.
Understand government procurement processes and tender mechanisms, including e-catalogue procurement where applicable.
Coordinate the preparation of administrative documents and supporting documents required for tenders.
Monitor tender processes and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure all business activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, procurement procedures, and ethical standards.
Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders from government and police institutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups regarding client needs, project opportunities, and project progress.
