We are seeking a highly driven and resilien Project Liaison Officer to serve as the central link between the firm and government stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage relationships across ministries and agencies, facilitate communication and approvals, and ensure compliance with procurement and financing frameworks for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, regulators, and public institutions.
- Government Relations: Serve as the firm’s representative in all official communications, ensuring alignment with project and policy objectives.
- Policy & Compliance: Monitor and interpret government policies, procurement laws, and public finance regulations relevant to ongoing and future projects.
- Project Facilitation: Coordinate interactions between government partners, internal project teams, and financiers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide insights on government priorities, procurement pipelines, and emerging opportunities.
- Representation: Attend and represent the firm in government meetings, briefings, and negotiations.
- Reporting: Prepare briefings, progress updates, and relationship management reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in government relations, public procurement, or liaison work—preferably within consulting, finance, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of public procurement systems, PPPs, and government financial operations.
- Proven ability to navigate complex bureaucracies and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
