Job summary

PT Orientama Lintas Buana is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and planning, aligning with business goals and market opportunities in Indonesia. You will develop integrated 360° marketing campaigns and collaborate with Sales to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Marketing Manager experience, a background in marketing/communications, and a hands-on, business-oriented approach to events, product launches, and market research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a marketing/related field.
• 2+ years experience as Marketing Manager.
• Experience in technical product or engineering background preferred.
• Strong understanding of market research and product.
• Experience leading exhibitions, seminars, workshops or product launches.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and business-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and planning aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and implement marketing programs.
• Create marketing strategies and communications for products and solutions; identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate ATL & BTL activities including exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product launches and customer events.
• Oversee marketing communications across digital and offline channels; work with content teams to develop marketing material; monitor campaigns.

Job description

1. Conduct marketing strategy & planning such as

• a) Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• b) Identify market opportunities by conduct market research, customer & competitor analysis.

2. Act as sales & business support

• a) Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, expand market reach, generate business opportunities, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth
• b) Work closely with the Sales team to develop marketingprograms.
• c) Support Sales in developing programs for key customers, channels, or business segments.

3. Conduct product & market marketing such as:

• a) Develop marketing strategies and communication for products and solutions.
• b) Work with Sales and related teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• c) Develop marketing materials and sales support tools

• a) Plan and execute ATL (Company Brand Awareness) & BTL (Marketing Event) initiative.
• b) Plan and coordinate marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations,product launches,customer gatherings, and other industry events.
• c) Ensure marketing activities are executed effectively and within budget.

5. Act as marketing communication to:

• a) Oversee the company's marketing communication across relevant digital and offline channels.
• b) Work with the creative/content team to develop relevant marketing content.
• c) Monitor digital and campaign performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 2. Minimum 2years experienceasMarketingManager.
• 3. Having experience in Technical Product or education background in Engineering will be preferable.
• 4. Strong understanding of market research& product
• 5. Experienced in leading & arranging an exhibition, seminar, workshop or product launch.
