The successful candidate will manage budgets, collaborate with multiple departments, and lead campaigns, events, and activations while traveling as needed. English proficiency and a proven track record in marketing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, e-commerce, and consumer marketing.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and project management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cikarang and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and sales.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, e-commerce, advertising, and other digital platforms.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI to ensure effective use of resources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Product, and other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Develop promotional programs, events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance through relevant KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, media partners, and other marketing partners.
