Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Ability to monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Familiarity with CRM campaigns and customer engagement.
• Ability to prepare dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, daily performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Support CRM and customer engagement activities, including customer database management, campaign execution, and communication through CRM platforms.
• Prepare and maintain marketing campaign reports and dashboards, including key performance metrics and campaign results.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify campaign performance, customer engagement, and areas for improvement.
• Support the team in preparing marketing materials, campaign briefs, and creative requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams or partners.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance and highlight relevant trends, issues, or opportunities to the team. Support other marketing and customer engagement initiatives as required.
