Ninja Xpress is seeking a Marketing Intern in Jakarta to support social media planning, CRM-driven campaigns, and performance reporting. Fresh graduates or final-year students in Marketing or related fields are welcome.

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides, plus strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication, are valued. Role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing campaign briefs, and monitoring trends to optimize engagement and results.

Qualifications

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Qontak.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and performance tracking.
Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, daily performance monitoring, and reporting.
Support CRM and customer engagement activities, including customer database management, campaign execution, and communication through CRM platforms.
Prepare and maintain marketing campaign reports and dashboards, including key performance metrics and campaign results.
Conduct basic data analysis to identify campaign performance, customer engagement, and areas for improvement.
Support the team in preparing marketing materials, campaign briefs, and creative requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams or partners.
Monitor social media and campaign performance and highlight relevant trends, issues, or opportunities to the team.
