Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a junior market research contributor to support School market analyses, competitor intelligence, and new business opportunities. You will gather data, analyze market conditions, and help translate findings into actionable recommendations for the marketing and sales teams.

The role welcomes Diploma holders or university students (6th semester) and offers exposure to cross-functional projects in a fast-growing educational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and execute market research activities.
• Ability to prepare proposals, collect data, and present insights clearly.
• Strong written reporting and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Write competitor research project proposals and lead preparation.
• Provide recommendations on marketing mix based on competitor moves.
• Support market and business condition research to identify opportunities.
• Assist in translating findings into research objectives and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for planning and execution.

Market, Customer & Prospect for School

• Writing competitor research project proposals, research tools, lead all the preparation, and submit statistical reports and graphic illustration of findings and insights
• Provide recommendation and/or changes to marketing mix based on competitor movement
• Support the project leader for data Center team and field research team
• Support on research of the market conditions to determine potential sales of product
• Support on analysis and recommendation of competitor intelligence report presentation to the Business Unit
• Provide support to the marketing and sales teams to aid in planning and tactical operational activity
• Assist in analyzing competition situation

Competitor, Partner & Industry activities

• Write competitor research project proposals, research tools, lead all the preparation, and submit statistical reports and graphic illustration of findings and insights
• Provide recommendation and/or changes to marketing mix based on competitor movement
• Support on present the analysis and recommendation of competitor intelligence report to the Business Unit
• Provide support to the marketing and sales teams to aid in planning and tactical operational activity
• Assist in analyzing competition situation

New Business Opportunity Activities

• Implement ad hoc research and new business opportunity to systematically gather, record and analyze data
• Assist in translate findings into research objectives
• Writing ad hoc research project proposals, research tools, lead all the preparation, and submit statistical reports and graphic illustration of findings and insights
• Support on market and Business conditions research to determine potential of Business opportunities
• Provide recommendation and/or changes to marketing mix either for ad hoc research projects or new Business opportunity projects
• Person in charge for every ad hoc research projects and new Business opportunity activities, act as a project leader for data Center team and field research team
• Support on analysis and recommendation of ad hoc and new Business opportunity statistical data presentation

Management Support Activities

• Provide advice about research program, finding and strategic analysis, and recommendation
• Analyze the marketing research activities periodically
• Provide recommendation for the effectiveness of the marketing research activities
• Coordinate with other units to support the effectiveness of marketing research activities
• Provide advise about ad hoc research projects and new Business opportunity, finding and strategic analysis, and recommendation
• Analyze the new Business opportunity that might come from the market or industries
• Provide recommendation for the effectiveness of the ad hoc and new Business opportunity activities
• Coordinate with other units to support the effectiveness of ad hoc and new Business opportunity activities
• Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement

• Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (6th semester)
