PT. Bamboo Lab Architect in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, seeks a Marketing & Graphic Designer to lead the visual branding and marketing strategy across print and digital channels.

The role combines graphic design expertise with marketing insight to create cohesive brand experiences and compelling promotional content for diverse projects. You will design marketing materials, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with the team to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance our market

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design-focused role, ideally with marketing exposure.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital and marketing design projects.
• Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail, composition and typography.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and how design supports brand strategy and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements and digital content
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints
• Create compelling visual concepts and layouts that effectively communicate marketing messages to target audiences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that align with company objectives
• Prepare design mockups and presentations for client review and approval
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs whilst maintaining creative integrity
• Stay current with design trends, software updates and industry best practices
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings
• Optimise graphics for various platforms including web, print and social media

About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our marketing strategy through compelling visual design and creative communications. You will combine your graphic design expertise with marketing acumen to create cohesive brand experiences, promotional materials and digital content that elevate our company's presence in the market. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse projects whilst contributing directly to the growth and visibility of PT. Bamboo Lab Architect.

Key responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements and digital content

Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints

Create compelling visual concepts and layouts that effectively communicate marketing messages to target audiences

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that align with company objectives

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design-focused role, ideally with marketing exposure

Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools

Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital and marketing design projects

Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail, composition and typography

Solid understanding of marketing principles and how design supports brand strategy and campaign objectives

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders whilst maintaining creative independence

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of web design principles and basic familiarity with web platforms such as WordPress is advantageous

Understanding of print production processes and specifications

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about design solutions

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale

A collaborative attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies
