Job summary

VIBE Development, Bali-based real estate developer, seeks a Graphic Designer to elevate premium visual communication across our corporate brand and property projects. This role covers branding, presentations, campaigns, digital content and investor materials, not limited to social media.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales and project teams to produce production-ready materials using renders, drawings, photography, maps and layouts, maintaining strict brand guidelines and typography.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in real estate, property development, hospitality, luxury, architecture, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Google Slides.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro or AI design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and branding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a premium visual standard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent application of brand guidelines, including typography, colours, imagery and layouts.
• Design materials for social media, digital campaigns, websites and online advertising.
• Create brochures, presentations, sales decks, fact sheets and investor materials.
• Develop visual content for property launches, promotions, events and campaigns.
• Work with property renders, architectural drawings, photography, floorplans, maps and other project assets.
• Create professional presentations for clients, investors, partners, management and internal teams.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production, including brochures, flyers, signage and event materials.
• Edit and retouch images when required.
• Maintain organised design files, templates and asset libraries.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Project and Management teams to deliver designs based on approved briefs.
• Ensure all final materials are visually consistent, accurate and production-ready.

VIBE Development is a Bali-based real estate development company creating residential, hospitality and lifestyle projects across key destinations in Bali.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and help develop strong, premium visual communication across our corporate brand and individual property projects.

This is not only a social media design role. You will work across branding, property marketing, presentations, campaigns, digital content, sales materials and investor-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual materials for VIBE Development and its property projects.

Maintain consistent application of brand guidelines, including typography, colours, imagery and layouts.

Design materials for social media, digital campaigns, websites and online advertising.

Create brochures, presentations, sales decks, fact sheets and investor materials.

You should understand that good design is not only about making something look beautiful, but also about communicating the right message and supporting the company's commercial goals.

Experience working with premium real estate, hospitality or lifestyle brands will be a strong advantage.

A portfolio is mandatory.

Your portfolio should demonstrate experience in several areas, such as:

Brand identity and brand implementation

Presentation and pitch deck design

Real estate or hospitality marketing

Brochures and editorial layouts

Digital advertising

Candidates whose portfolios focus only on logos or basic social media templates may not be suitable for this position.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical design test relevant to the role.
