Job summary

Marriott's Bali Renaissance in Denpasar is seeking a proactive hospitality professional for Guest Relations. You will actively listen to guests, resolve questions, and address requests with warmth and professionalism, using our brand processes to delight and build trust.

You will promote the Marriott image, assist with transportation and day trips, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and work with teams to ensure exceptional service and memorable experiences in Bali.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and salesmanship.

• Fluent English communication, Japanese N3 level preferred.
