Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting context focusing on strategy or marketing topics.
• Proven ability to secure projects through proposals and client development.
• Native level Japanese and business level English or native English with business Japanese.
• Consulting experience in strategy or marketing at a firm.
• Southeast Asia related consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a mixed team of local and regional members to deliver client work.
• Drive market entry, CX development, and brand strategy initiatives across Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate with Salesforce/CRM and MarTech platforms to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
